crd overheating

Hi can someone please assist me. I have a 2008 Jeep Wrangler unlimited 2.8 l Diesel. It only has 45 000km on the clock. My problem is when i drive and there is a steep incline, with ir without a caravan, the temprature goes up 3/4 then the aircon disables and wast gate opens and i lose all power. At the top of the hill everything goes back to normal. The radiator is clean, I have replaced the wisco fan, Jeep sed it can be the atf oil that is dirty ir the level is to high ir low. I replaced the oil with mopar oil and level is correct, but the problem is still there
