computer reprogram?

Hope you guys can help. I re-geared my 2012 from 3.21 to 4.88's after putting 33 in tires on i, (auto trans). It runs fine but I get a code that reads wrong gear ratio. Does this mean I need to re program the computer with the new ratio? Has anyone else had this problem?

Since you have an auto, reprogramming with the Procal should help with your shift points too.
