Coil and Shock Life

How long do your coils and shocks hold up?

I have a OME lift and feel after about 40k tough use it's harsh and sloppy. Time to replace?

I would say for a dd...on road only 80-100k. For heavy offroad use it might be sooner

Thats for coils. As for shocks. I would replace them at atleast 40k. Thats like changing ur oil every 3k eventho it says u can go 6k
