Ca. Emissions vs Non Ca emissions certified

Does anyone know the difference between the 2008 jk's that are sold as California emissions certified and those that aren't??

Do they have additional filters/sensors or otherwise?

I've looked throughout the web/manual and can't see anything. Our's simply has the under the hood sticker that says that it isn't Ca certified. What does a Ca. sticker say?

My sticker says only to be sold in states with CA emission standards...I'm in NJ.
