Broken Plastic piece around stick shift

That cheap looking black plastic bezel piece is pulling up around my gear shift causing the rubber boot to pull out. It looks like the plastic clips or whatever holds it are broken.

I found this one but it is $70 and alluminum. I have not seen anyone who sells the black ones yet. Havent checked the dealer since Im sure its way over priced.

Mopar= $20 from dealer. Whole clamp and boot.
I broke mine getting the boot off to swap out the console. The "bezel" is just a clamp for the base of the boot (can't be seperated), and slides/clicks into the forward console.
My PROBLEM is the rubber boot being stiff, and popping the stick out of 1st and 3rd.

How about this, I had the same problem and just drilled through the existing plastic molded screws and put in new chrome finished ones from a local hardware store.

Hard to tell in these pics because of the flash, but it actually turned out really nice and shiny in person!

I did the same thing but used black screws. Then, I added additional weatherstripping under the trim to reduce road noise from the transmission.

I think this is the part via the Mopar site:

Mopar Catalog - 2007 - Jeep - WRANGLER X RHD 4X4
BOOT ASSEMBLY, GEAR SHIFT CONTROL LEVER UPR MAN TRANS

At least, I hope it is... $22.75, less than $30 with shipping/handling.
