Bought new Supertop NX for JK - has a hole in it...

I bought a brand new Supertop NX for my 2-Door JK from Quadratec. It arrived Friday and I installed yesterday. After we installed it, I noticed a slightly-bigger-than-pin-sized hole just behind the passenger seat, almost directly above the sound bar. It's not a tear, but a small puncture. I can't think of anything done during the install that would have led to this, so my only conclusion is it came that way.

Obviously I'm not too pleased that my new $900+ top has a hole.

I plan to call Quadratec tomorrow, but I'm trying to figure out what my best course of action here is. Is is unreasonable to expect the top to be replaced? I know they can be patched, but part of me doesn't really think I should have to patch my brand new top. The other part of me is unsure it wants to devote a couple hours to removing and repacking the current top, and another 3+ installing a new one.

So, where should I reasonably set my expectations as to a realistic and reasonable resolution on this?

theres not much you can do considering you've already installed it. its pretty much up to the company, either you're SOL or they could be a really nice company.

I had an issue with my new Supertop a while back. Went through QT and then Bestop to see who would help out. Bestop sent me a whole new top and I returned my original, all on their dime. The top took forever to arrive, but it did happen.

Update: I reported the issue to Quadratec, they reported it to Bestop, and about a week later, a new cover arrived on my porch. Haven't installed it yet (it got cold here in Kansas, don't want to deal with the tight fabric), but I suspect it'll work great.

I have found Quadratac to be a top notch company to deal with. Their customer service is second to none.
