Body lift steering problem?

I'm looking at the rough country 1.25" body lift for my JKU. It comes with the manual transmission adapter. I have heard there can be issues with the steering shaft after installing a body lift. Is this true for the JK?

Not for a 1.25" body lift. I'm running a 1.25" Rough Country bl with no issues.
