I believe he's asking only about the JK's, which doesn't offer a 2 door unlimited, all JK unlimited's are 4 doors.
As for your question PunkLuke, if I understand you correctly, you want to know the differences between the 2 door and 4 door (unlimited) as far as driving style or ride comfort?
Driving style should be about the same for both, the unlimited (4 door) will be slighty more difficult to manuever, just because of the added length.
As for the comfort of the ride, they should be about the same, with the unlimited probably having a slightly better ride due to the extra weight.
