best lift for smooth ride?

09 Sahara 2 door. Want to lift and put on 33 or 35" purely for aesthetics. No off-roading. Therefore need input regarding best ride quality lift and height. Also welcome tire/wheel recommendations. No budget limits. Newby. First jeep. Thank you.

if you dont plan to wheel off road keep it cheap and get a simple 2.5" kit. Now the opinion on shocks will vary but I have heard a lot of people say they think the best shocks they had were the stock Rubicon shocks.
