Best Access Point for Ignition Voltage and Instrument Lights

I have a 2008 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited. I'm installing an ARB dual compressor but I'm putting it inside, instead of under the hood. I will be mounting a switch in the post on the left side of the windshield.

I need access to

* ignition voltage
* instrument lights

Where is the best place to access these two, for the easiest connection?

I'm sure I could find a place by just tearing apart the dash but if someone could save me some time, that would be great.

Thanks,

Here is a link to a safe way to tap into power for ACC, and RUN/ACC.
I would include a relay, though.

Easy Switched Power Source

For the instrument lights (assuming you mean the dimmable ones):

If you have power windows, then the orange/gray wire at the switches
or if no power windows, the orange/gray wire at the HVAC controls.
