Been looking for that JK8?

I just wanted to share this because I know many of you like the looks of the JK8 but don't want to spend 50K to get one. I have found one for less than 32k. If anyone is interested here it is...

Aren't they originally 4 doors to begin with?

Yes, but I think he means what AEV is doing, called the brute double cab.

They have been making these. They have like 10-20 done with a line til next year.... only about 100 sold. They are made by AEV, not jeep. This is why Jeep won't make a wrangler based truck. Not enough interest to manufacture at a decent cost. The cheapest you can get into a new conversion truck/wrangler is 40K? I think not. AEV charges 66K but it comes with a lot more than just a truck bed.

AEV actually lengthens the frame and adds stiffeners... The bed is actually a honey comb plastic mold...

If it's the complete conversion from AEV it is more than the pick-up modification with suspension and bumpers. It means they have also done a HEMI conversion, which would account for most of the cost.

Great price on that! I've never seen one with that low of a price.

I really like the AEV version too. I don't want to know how much it would be to buy the kit and have it installed though... Think I'd rather by a Jeep and a separate full size pickup truck.
