I just installed the Alloy USA ones in our XJ with JK Rubicon axles. Old ones lasted @5yrs with 37's and lockers, so not too bad.
After finishing the install, it's our routine of the missus driving the rig while I put my toys away in the shop.
Not good. I drove it, Not good.
Proceeded to get the caster/camber gauge out, and measured the toe in. All as it was when I set up the front end.
Then I came on here and searched for isues, and up pops this thread!
Even running a PSC hydro assist setup, it wonders terribly at highway speeds.
Told the missus to drive it around town and then I will regrease the joints to see how they are. If no good, will order the synergy ones I guess. I work away from home, so she has to slum it an drive the Heep instead of one of the Range Rovers...
Will update this when I get back home.
Has anyone run the Alloy USA ones successfully?
