Any New Rear Deck Ideas

I've looked at Aries, Mac's, Back Bone, Tuffy, etc. for my JKU. I carry a lot of tools but can't wait to go topless. Looking for that ultimate rear deck security. I want to use the few inches above the top of the rail, and above the wheel wells. Thought about getting a Tuffy deck cover and mounting it higher, then modifying the back to lock differently. I've seen a lot of the old post. Just wondering if anyone has built anything recently their willing to share ideas on. Thanks.
