Just arrived. Going to see how well these hold up at the end of the month.

I guess the only way to see "how well these hold up" is to need them....does not sound like a good test to me.

Does a hard top cover up over these? Would seem inconvenient if you had to remove them everytime you put the top back on..

Please post pics of them when they are installed. I'm curious to see how they look.

From what it looks like on their site, http://www.aceengineeringandfab.com/...uard_p_14.html , you cannot run these with the top or the doors. May be wrong though since the pictures aren't that good.

Please post back on how you like these. I know you can't run em with the hardtop but I've learned that some protection up top isn't a bad thing.

I didn't get a chance to install then due to business trip to uk. Plus I need to modify them since I have a custom cage. There is a notch for the plastic door surround and do not work with full doors

Nice Jeep and all but I kinda don’t care for them. They look more like a gimmick to me.

I wish there was something like those to mount to the hardtop. Mine is beat up on both sides. I'm going to have it repainted and would like to protect it from trees on those tight off camber trails. For now I'll have to not wheel with it.

That is one massive cage. I like the idea but they need work. I dont like how there is no smooth transition onto or off of them. Seems like something that would hang you up in tight trails.
