$6 dash upgrade...complete with pictures

Here's what you get with a $6 can of Krylon fusion for plastics. No prep, just cleaned before painted. I like the white accent on the AC bezels, adds a little contrast for the interior. What do you guys think?

Oh yeah I also painted the rollbar speaker trim and the dome light trim... sorry I didn't get any pictures of it though. That dome light trim was a PITA to get back in by the way!

I probably wouldn't do it on a regular car(ricer style) but I think it looks kinda cool on the jeeps because part of the body color is already visible inside the car. It ties it together pretty well.(Whoa, did that statement have gay interior decorater vibe or what???) Next I'll be picking out drapes...

Looks tight - I do think the red match with exterior color is a nice touch. I also have seen stainless steel replacements which are very expensive.

I did the same, but it cost a bit more... Rescue Green isn't the most stocked color in the world :P It bugs me to see JKs that don't have them painted now since I see mine all the time. I always forget they don't come from the factory that way.

I know what you mean. The "Flame Red" paint (PR4 paint code) cost me roughly $35 for a spray can. Oh well. The finish is what I was looking for.

I also did my wife's Jeep vent rings. Even though her Jeep is Jeep Green Metallic, I painted the rings Rescue Green Metallic. They stand out better;
