35's on 15" rims with 4" bs. 2.5" lift. Caliper Rub?

I tried searching for this. Backspacing is one of those things I've yet to wrap my mind around. I know the stock wheels have a 6.25" bs, but these new wheels I'm looking at have a 4" bs. I'm getting flat fenders, so fender rubs not an issue. I feel like a monkey trying to "know" a coconut reading about backspacing. Any help would be appreciated. Once again, I did try to search and I found some info that did help, but still didn't resolve my question. Thanks guys!

My Soft 8's with 4'' bs rubbed a bit, so I spent $20 on an angle grinder and ground the calipers.

2008 Jeep JK X: auto trans, 3.73 gears, D44 rear, D30 front
Mods: 2'' Rusty's coil lift, Superchips 93 octane tune, Cobra 75 CB radio, 33'' Duratrac's, onboard air compressor

my soft 8s with 3.75" bs did not rub...cleared just fine...

Hey thanks guys for the responses. The wheels are aluminum, so there won't be much overhang from the stamped steel like the soft 8's. I'm stoked and I will post pics when I get em on.
