Day 21...

Day 21...

Got the lift all finished up. Wow.
Got the AEV wheels & BFG KM2s on. Wow.
Got the black fuel door on. So so.
Got the tail light guards on. Looks good.
Got the Borla Dual Tip Exhaust installed. Looks great...sounds kinda wimpy.
Got the M.O.R.E. rear bumper on. Looks terrific!
The thing I don't got....my camera.

I'll bring it in tomorrow morning and get some good pics.
Alignment first thing in the morning and rock rails in the afternoon and I'm finally driving it for a few days before the final few mods.

Bricktop,

My jeep is at AEV right now getting done. I need to choose between Argent and Silver on the wheels though. Do you think the grill inserts on your bumper and hood match the Argent or the Silver better?

Silver

I think if you are going to leave them unpainted, the silver would match better. I think I have both wheels in stock right now so when it gets done, if I do have the silver ones in stock, I'll snap some pics of them against the grill for you.

I am trying out the Mopar ones. I like the fact that they have the protection underneath and the rub rails. If they don't look good I'll try something else. I've got about 60 other Wranglers on the lot I can toss them on so making a switch midstream isn't as big a deal for me as it is for most folks.
Do you have some in particular that you think look good?

THANKS

I need to let AEV know by the end of today. If you could get some pics by then that would be great but if not I understand. I am leaning towards Silver now anyways.

Next week is the rock rails, window tint, wiring power to the back for the fridge, and pulling off the hard top and installing the soft top and factory half doors for the summer. I can't wait to see it with the half doors on!

About the sliders, I was just curious as to what ones you were getting. I don't think I have seen the Mopar ones yet.

The Jeep is looking pretty darn (I used a Utah word again) good. I'm liking that huge yellow hook.

I have a pair of Shrockworks on order myself. I chose them mainly because they appear to be the toughest that I have seen. But I plan on putting them to the test.

looks sick!

Good luck with the tint. I hope the guy you employ is better than the one at my dealership. 4 weeks and two tint jobs and I still can't get tint w/o bubbles
