it's good to see you Hesco guys in here. i'm interested in seeing the dyno charts. i know my TJ couldn't get out of it's own way (not that it needs to, it's a jeep), but well, enough power is never enough. i like that it's all bolt on for the shade tree idiot (that's me!).
keep us posted. i'll be watching this closely...

Many test are being done. We have temp probes in every tube and are trying several combinations of tube locations.

We help them design all the jeep tuners.

If it wasn't for Hesco pushing them they wouldn't even make one for a jeep..... Jeeps get no respect in the performance world

Looks like one of the issues still remaining is "Where does the air filter get mounted?"

I don't see the air filter/cleaner attached. Makes for short engine life that way.

OTOH...I think I want to be on the short list for early adopter anyway. I'll be calling today!

Still working on the best way to run the air intake tubes....So far we have been using the stock air box to filter the air. Time will tell what we come up with.

There have been several different designes tried out on this jeep.....I just didn't post up any pics

....Working on intercooler's this week....
It looks like it's gonna build low boost at 1600 rpm and build from there.
300+ miles so far with no issues and no check engine lights.

If I get time it will see the dyno this weekend and get some solid numbers.

If you can give us power numbers for a stock JK at the wheels (as well as with your kit) I'm sure a lot of us would be very interested.

No problem.

I do all my pulls measuring at the wheels....there is no question about "tweaking" the numbers. But everyone want's both so our dyno is set up to do either one.

We have a land and sea and can load the jeep down at 30 mph and wot if I want....its not just a wide open throttle run like most do. We can do driveability and low speed measurments
