Just looking for any input on brands and satisfaction or lack thereof.

Keep in mind, and a search of this on this forum will reveal the same, a CAI and exhaust are considered by opinion and experience, in the top waste of money mods one can do on either the 3.8 or 3.6...that and a throttle spacer. A CAI will make it so you can hear the engine sucking air, and an exhaust may make your exhaust note louder/deeper...no appreciable HP or T increase as I recall. Your experience may be different...

Agreed... CAIs & exhausts won't do much. Snorkel & programmer are gonna be my next mods. Not sure which programmer I want, but something that has different maps for different grades of gas, as well as tire size re-calculator, etc. The snorkel I buy will probably be the rugged ridge modular unit. Not sure if one snorkel is better than another... Guess it just depends on which has the cleanest install options.

Neither exist that are going to give you any gains worth the money you spend on them. Reprogramming the computer to compensate for larger tire sizes and/or regearing is about it and the AEV Procal will take care of that for you.
