Just wanted to share a Jeep Customer Service story. Jeep has been incredible in the handling of my Wrangler. It has been leaking on the B pillars for months now... and I just assume I would have to live with it. I brought it in to the dealership, and they contacted Jeep who had a tech from SealTech do a diagnosis and they found a problem with my mucket seals, and replaced them.. Jeep followed up right away with a call from their Enhanced Customer Satisfaction department and they are even replacing my carpet as well. I've been impressed with the way they have handled this whole situation... because I wasn't even expecting anything more than "That's part of owning a convertible". They replaced both front door and rear door frames, installed a foam kit... sealed the header and cowl and sealed both A and B posts. They ran several water test and get now everything is okay.
The only thing is... they will not guarantee that it won't leak in a car wash. I was find with that. Also, they say that a lot of peope remove the bars on top of the door frames and that causes issues (I've never done this so didn't apply to me).
They've made me a believer in the brand. The ECS department has been GREAT. The only downside was having to use a Chrylser Impala as the loaner car... lol.
