Yes, just what it says. Your jeep as is from the factory has a little rake. The kit will level that out for you. Easy install.

I would avoid 15" rims on a JK. You need so much (little) back spacing that you will have tire scrub in a bad way. There's more to it than them just fitting.

We routinely install Teraflex 2"/1" kit to clear 33.5" tires well, on wheels with a little less than stock back spacing. And then with that very affordable lift, there's no need to replace it in September (unless you get it in your veins and wanna go bigger).
