I did a search, well I searched "2013" and didn't see any of this info on here so I thought I would post it. If it's already up somewhere feel free to delete this thread.

Well **** me... wish I could trade up. Without losing my shorts.

That's weird, I don't see anywhere that says "2013 Wrangler, not nearly as nice as a Honda Civic.......Communist Reports."

The new seats, lighting and wheels look great. Hate when the new model comes out, now my 12 feels old lol

Well....I don't see all that much over the 2012.

I think I'll keep my 2012 unlimited sport.

I was interested in engine imporvements for 2013, hopefully they are not needed.

I worry about the penstar engine problems I may encounter in the future with my 2012. I have 4,000 miles on mine with no problems yet.

I am still trying to decide if the 2012 engine is problematic or not.

Like the seat improvement but not sure I'm a fan of the new rubi wheels. I guess I'm just used to the Moabs.

Dammit! I thought they were bringing out the pink one this year guys!!! :P (lol)

I'll probably trade my '09 for a '14. I want 2 solid years on that Pentastar motor first in the Wrangler chassis.

Although....'14 will be 7 years of the JK....what/when's the next one?

I have nearly 15,000 miles on my 2012 and the engine has been completely trouble-free. I got mine in October 2011, but I guess I dodged a bullet since I haven't had any head issues.

I don't like either set of wheels they show...wonder what the Sport gets?

WXman 07-26-2012 12:00 PM

Sport wheels remain the same. Personally, I love the idea of different wheels for each model, but I don't like the designs they chose. They are ugly, especially the Rubi wheels. They will be a turn-off for the average person. Dumb move on Jeep's part.

The seats are new, but new doesn't mean more comfortable. Let's hope the center seat position of the JKU is finally able to support a person riding there with some framework of some sort, instead of being like sitting in a hammock.

Lit cupholders? Who cares? The ONLY true reason to wait for a '13 is if there is a color you like a lot. Commando green, Billet, Rock Lobster will all be sweeeeeet colors. Otherwise, get a '12 and save the money. That's what I did.

I was hoping for a new orange color. I like Doxer & Crush, but I really like my Mango Tango!

Wintermute 07-26-2012 02:47 PM

the only thing that I'd want (annoys me that they didn't have it in 2012) is the commando green color :/ Ahh well. I could always just have mine stripped to bare metal and repainted.

Wow those are some cool features, Glad they finally are ditching the Moab Rims on the Rubicons, the rims are played out, They were cool when they were only on the TJ Rubicons now it seems alot of chryslers truck and jeep rims were a variation of the Moab rim
