Looks to be a possible rear main leak, unless something is dripping down from higher up. That sucks to have that on a brand new vehicle but it seems to happen. My brother bought a 2010 rubicon and on the drive home the transfer case rear seal popped out and shot fluid everywhere in the gas station parking lot. We were adjusting the mirrors and doing a walk around litterally left the dealership 20 mins earlier. The jeep had under 20 miles on it, and had to be towed back to the dealer. And they replaced it and it popped out again, finally fixed after the second visit but they also scratched the **** out of the hood had to have it buffed.
