Good question. I've emailed Tuffy to inquire if they will have anything that works with those seats (I have a 2012 2-door).
I have gotten no answer so either they don't have anything or they don't answer customer questions (or both!)

They (Tuffy) also make what's called an "Insta-trunk", which is a steel casing for between the rear seat and the gate. Several manufacturers have this. Tuffy's "rear deck enclosure", like I have in my 2 door, anchors to the rear seat anchors, so it's not compatible with the rear seat.

On my 2-dr, I have the Tuffy rear enclosure box. It fits behind the rear seat and encompasses the area between the rear seat/tailgate. I can fold & tumble the rear seat with it in place.
