2012 Jeep JK 2-door - Removal of rear seat headrest guide?

The headrest guides on the back tumble seat broke off (2012 Jeep JK Wrangler 2-door). Does anyone know how to get this guide out? It's part #5 & #6 shown on the diagram.

Thanks...

should be covered under warranty- why not just let the dealer handle it?
