AllDataDiy has the 2012's now. Somewhat annoying that it took so long to have service info available, but now feeling slightly better about purchasing my 2012 Chiseler product. Of course, there's quite a few procedures that require an electronic tool that Chiseler won't sell to you because they allow only their dealers to purchase it...

Looks like TechAuthority has it now.

Also for 2013.

Read the note about NOT having the wiring diagrams !!!

Got the CD tonight.
It is HTML based and will NOT work on a MAC.
Need IE 6+ and Active X, also may need Adobe SVG Plug-in if using an older browser.

Good thing they offer 30 day returns.

Had 2 Hyundai Accents, currently down to 1. Other than changing the timing belt I have done all the maintenance myself. Their maintenance website is like nothing I ever seen before.

I just got the 2013 FSM CD from TechAuthority... I'm on a Mac and can't seem to do anything to access the content.

Has anyone been able to get it to work with OS X/Safari? Any help appreciated!

Been looking around for the FSM for the 2010 Wrangler, finally found the CD at TechAuthority. Can anyone who has one of these comment on how useful it is when you want to work on your Jeep? Easy enough to print out the sections you need for whatever it is you are working on?

The best I could do was setup an Windows XP virtual machine and run/look it at that way.

Awkward. Have to spend more time going over it to get use to the new format. Have not tried to print anything yet.

That sucks, but I do thank you for the info.

I'm gonna hold onto it, rather than fuss and return it. I'll eventually need something in there and maybe be desperate enough to go thru those hoops

Actually, I don't do anything with my 2011 Hyundai. It has a 100,000 mile/10 year warranty.

As for the 2012 Jeep, I think the warranty fell off somewhere on a trail within 2 months after purchase...

Exactly. There's a number of "ricers" who are starting to give Hyundai some lovin' just because of that ease of access to information, Hyundai is very friendly towards modders, not like General Mudders that doesn't want you to mod their vehicles, or Chiseler which seems to have split brain.

Yah, I have that problem too . Though actually it's not that bad. Jeep dealerships clearly won't repair trail carnage under warranty and things that can clearly be related to trail carnage (such as, say, steering box sector shafts) won't be covered under warranty either if trail carnage is clearly evident, but *most* Jeep dealerships won't attempt to say that, say, your exhaust valve burnt because you offroaded it, or the stereo quit working because you put a big dent in your gas tank skid plate .
