2011 Rubicon Build

We'll I decided to make a build thread so I can keep track of my progress. I traded in my 08 JKU with 4" lift etc. I always wanted a Rubicon but never could find a good deal on one so on October 22 I went to the dealership to pick up a PCV valve for my old jeep and ended up walking out with a 2011 Rubicon one owner with 19k on the odometer. I am so happy a 60 man in town owned it. So my imagination is going wild a virgin Rubicon to customize to make mine. Here is how it looked when I picked it up

Nice.. and grats on the new Jeep.. unless you have plans already made for sliders, it shouldn't be too hard to find some take offs from other Rubi's...

*edit: HA! You beat me to it!!!*

So the plan is to go with the Metal Cloak JK Wrangler Game-Changer Suspension, 2.5"/3.5", ARB Edition. Along with a 33" tire. Do you guys think it will look funny or do 35" tires. I would like to keep the factory rims. My plan is for it to be a DD and reliable trail rig. I mostly do trails out in Death Valley so I see sand and rocks. Just don't want to go as large as I had before.

We'll just got done ordering a set of 5" KC Apollo lights from Quadratec. Now just have to wait for the fedex truck. It seems weird having to start over again I had the PIAA lights on my JKU but liked the looks of the KC so hopefully I won't be disappointed

very nice so far! id say 2.5" and some 35s! but id go with a nice at so you don't compromise road handling, wear, etc and still have a nice rig in the rocks.
