FWIW - after installing my teraflex 2.5 bb (entirely different system, I know), and adjustable LCAs set to 27-7/8", caster was at +3.6*, a little low but good enough. I had similar handeling/dartiness problems that I wanted to blame on caster, but didn't know how, because caster should have been fine. Here is what I just found out, and it very well may apply to your scenario, 11RUBICON...
My camber was at -0.7 left, and -0.8 right. Factory specs state camber should be set between -0.6 and 0.1. Ideally, camber should be 0, if I'm not mistaken.
Perhaps shimming the ball joints after installing the flip kit will help? I'd be willing to bet your camber was jacked up

i have been an alingment tech at an offroad shop for several years as well as an aligment tech at les schwab for several years.
My camber is true at L 0.0 & R -0.1
caster is at 3.6 L and 3.8 R
toe is at +.04
remember all i did was flip the drag link.
As soon as i flipped it back it drove perfect.
All i can think of is geometry between draglink and track bar

There's no chance that your measurements changed after flipping? I wouldn't imagine geometry between draglink and track bar would would cause this, so many kits have been installed without issue...if the track bar was loose maybe, but you seem entirely too thorough for that to be a possibility. I'm at a loss.
Edit: Your toe is a little light...not sure that this will make a huge difference, but maybe the flip amplified it?

Good caster on that. Now I see the problem. You only install a flip drag link and not the full flip draglink/trackbar drop bracket/brace kit. If you had installed the whole #1600440 kit, you would have had different results. Who did you buy your kit from or installed it?

parts used is a factory right hand drive draglink with a tapperd sleeve, same as used with aev and tf kits.
Track bar is the tf monster for the 4" lcg kit.
A brace to the steer box and steering stabalizer is not going to fix the issue that i am experiencing.
I belive the issue is coming from the maybe the track bar angle to draglink. Combined with maybe a too nutral of a draglink angle

Not correct, that draglink is a TeraFlex only part and not a weaker OEM RHD model like what other companies used. In the #1600440 kit is also included a trackbar drop bracket and brace. You need that drop bracket to correct your steering geometry. Also the newest version of the drop bracket has 2 locations now for the trackbar.
Here's what you need to correct it.
