funny when I ordered my lockpick for my 2011 I called lockpick and they said it was compatable with the new radio, just plug and play. figures they were full of crap mine doesnt work either.

nav tv makes a similar unit and they are a A+ company, I used their product on my last Jeep. I should have stayed with them.

2011 + lockpick CHR550

I have read a few issues. Other than the speed limit not working. Has lockpick resolved the issues? I would really like to add these features but don't want a bunch of headaches if its not quite there yet. Cheers.

Bottom line is they wont return customer support phone calls, there is no excuse for that .

Nav Tv unit has the best customer service, they helped me on a Sunday afternoon when I was sol cross country.

Reading that thread got me thinking... I wonder if it's possible to do the same thing with a ZJ. Thanks for that link.

Once the updates were done, I've not had any problems with the Lockpick device. Initially their customer service was A+... the last time I tried to contact them however I got no response. It was amidst the holidays, so that may explain it and I haven't followed up because as far as I can tell, issues have been resolved.

The GPS speedometer seems to be an unfortunate side effect of taking advantage of the other capabilities provided by the Lockpick device. I would be interested to know if the Nav-TV product works any differently...
