2007 jeep jk heated air not working

This is my first time to use a forum site for questions. So I apologize if I ask a stupid question.
I have a 2007 Jeep Wrangler JK. I am not able to get heated air to come out of any venting options. The blower motor is working and the door under the dash will open and close as you make selections for air to blow on your feet or face or windshield or combo of these. If I select AC then it blows very cold like it should. It we turn the temperature knob to the hot section it blows air at the temperature of the outside air. The fan control speed is working perfect, knob for air control within the jeep is working. Just no heated air. No leaks from heater coil inside or outside. Jeep only has 60K miles on it and never is taken off road or mudding for the hose's to get clogged up. Any ideas to check would be great. Thank you

Blend door motor - the diverter is working (changing output from floor to dash) but its not blending the hot air from the heater core.

Pull your glovebox and CAREFULLY see if the heater core is hot... if not you have a plugged heater core. If it is - cycle the heat control - the blend door should be moving as you go from hot to cold...

Wish I could tell you how to fix it from there - but when mine went it was under warranty so I did not do any further troubleshooting.
