OK so my Rock krawler Steering joints showed up

They come with 18mm inserts so I removed them and swapped them out for 3/4.

The tierod will be made out of 2" .250 DOM

damn good call on the 2" x .25 wall and 1-1/4 rod ends. Ive bent 1.5 x .250 wall and broke 3/4 rod ends on essentially the test run lol. Im not sold 7/8 will do much better but i am running 7/8 on 1.75 x .250 wall right now to test.

Awesome build.....

I ended up not using steel at all. I went with 1 5/8 7075 aluminum

Got my rear coilover towers in today. Need to do some patch work on the frame where my old bump cans were at. Also need to fill the tub in before welding the tower in.
