Roller style fair leads are easy to mount license plate brackets to. The hawse style is trickier... Check out this one

I just don't run a front plate anymore. I'll fab up a bracket if I get in trouble for it but until then I only have a few months until I go to Oklahoma and they don't require one.

Move to a state that doesn't require one..

Seriously though, as others have said, there are different options available to mount a front plate on a bracket of sorts which then attach to the fairlead.

Added some limb risers to her today. Hopefully my skids get here so I can take her out on the trails this weekend

Finally got it lifted! 4" Full traction ultimate, 5.13s, 37" Nitto trail grapplers. Kept the stock wheels to try to keep it looking clean.
