The vib. starts at 20mph. The drive shaft on the rear is new. Could It still be out of balance. I will remove it and drive in 4 wheel and see if the vib. goes away. Also, could a shock cause this type of vib. I've heard a little about torgue converter issues, what's your thoughts?

Still chasing my vib. problem. I put the jeep on jacks, put it in for high and at an idle with wheels straight forward and turning no sounds, when I turn the wheels to the left I get a clunking noise in the transfer case. I hope this isnt normal. Could there be something bound in the front diff, or a u-joint on the axle?

so you turned the wheels left and there was a noise in the transfer case? Guess I dont understand what you mean by that...

Did you ever try removing the rear/front driveshaft and see if the vib is still there? It really sounds like a pinion angle issue to me.....

Today I removed rear drive shaft. Drove in 4 wheel drive. No vibrations. Drive shaft is a double cardan, the angle on the pinion is about 2 degrees. Need help on how to fix. My jeep is only lifted 1 inch. on the rear and 2 inch. on the front.
