Don't get too excited, it also says that all models come standard with a D44 - obviously incorrect

I did read somewhere that the D44 is standard. Don't know how true it is.

Dangit Jeep, why can't you have freakin trac-lok on an X model. That's the single option I want. It lists the X with the D44, which I thought was going to be an option. Maybe that was a typo and the X comes with a D35 and that's why the trac-lok's not available. I hate how you can't get a stripped down model of anything these days with the beefy options. Wonder how much it'd be dealer installed, probably a lot more than the $295 it is on the sahara.

Dana44 is standard on the Unlimited, not on the 2 dr. 35 spline on the rubicon 30 on the x and sahara

Rock-Trac only on Rubicon. Command-trac on x and sahara.

MiGig should be $1950.

Where did you get the price for the nav from?

Build a jeep shows $195.

Turns out you're both wrong. Latest published number is 1590.00. The 195.00 was a typo someone keypunched early on and has appeared several places incorrectly. The 1950 was just the first best guess at what the price really was when we all saw 195. Turns out the keypuncher transposed the 5 and the 9, and left off the last digit.

MyGig = 1590

I noticed the 07 Rubicon is cheaper than the 06. I know you can't get an 06 new, but the ability to equip/build one is still there on their site. The 06 Rubicon's base price is $28,590 compared to the 07's base Rubicon price of $26,900.

EDIT: I went ahead and priced a 4 door Rubi with dual tops....$31,330 for the MSRP. Wonder what the invoice is? I think I would s**t if I thought I could get a 4 door Rubi for around or slightly under $30k.

Yeah, you can. Dealers should be happy to make you an offer on all the stock they've got left over.

Prepare to s**t.

What I meant was, you can't "order one" specifically from the factory. You pretty much have to take what 06s are left on the dealers' lots. Sorry, if I didn't clarify that.

As for the me preparing to s**t, Hold on, let me see if I'm ready first.

Ok, I think I'm ready. Is it possible for me to get a 4 door Rubi for under $30K? Because if I can, I think I'm gonna................
