First time pulling out a vehicle...Pulled a VW Jetta out of the mud after my flag football game today...all the trucks that were around him were 2-wheel drive...he saw my jeep and asked if i could help out...i just bought a tow strap 2 weeks ago so I was happy to help out and get my new (to me) jeep muddy...

Multiple smaller cars out of snowbanks. My XJ 13 miles after it broke. An F-350 bobtail aircraft tug that took a corner a little to sharp. It was sitting with the D60 rear pumpkin and right running board sitting on the concrete. The right rear tire was sunk to the hub in mud and the left rear tire was up in the air. I tried to pull him in 4 hi but that was a no go. 4 Lo with the lockers on got him out with no problems.

It was not stuck, we were positioning this house on my Display lot...

The third section of a triple wide home, yes it was on rollers.

First off, I know, no pictures = didn't happen. But I couldn't take pictures of it because time was very limited. I came across a car that had just caught on fire at a gas pump. I knew the area and the nearest fire station was quite a few miles away, so I turned into the station to help. Only the trunk was on fire at this point. (the owner was screaming about his sound system, so I'm assuming faulty wiring maybe.....) Anyway, I pulled up as close as I had to be for my tow strap to reach, wrapped it through the spokes of some very expensive wheels (it was hard not to smile) and hooked it to my tow hook. Threw the jeep into reverse and pulled him away from the gas pump just in time for the cab of the car to go up in flames. I pulled him out into the open parking area of the gas station. While I was pulling him, two of his rubber band tires came off the rims. (now I'm holding back laughter) I disconnect my tow strap from the Jeep and left it hooked up to the car. I'm not going after it now. Then finally the fire department shows up and puts out his car. The owner of the store couldn't stop thanking me for keeping his gas station from burning up. And the owner of the car couldn't stop yelling about how much money his now burnt car cost. It was a great day. There were quite a few people taking pictures, but I never thought to ask someone there for them.

I pulled out a 1500 burried bumper deep in snow, and another TJ about a month ago that pushed through a corner and was up to the front bumper in a snow bank. Both were on Old Stage Rd up behind the Broadmoor.

Pulled a Stuck 2007 2wd Chevy Trailblazer

Today we went skeet shooting and the road we took to the place had patches of mud here and there because of Huricane Alex and a tropical storm after alex. I went thru the mud patch in 2wd with no problem and didn't get stuck, but my son in law that was behind me in his 2wd trailblazer got stuck right away. Had to get him out he had no traction. Backed up put a tow rope on and put mine select trac in Full-Time and put the shifter in 1-2, and pulled him out with no problem. My 1989 Jeep Cherokee didn't even break a sweat. Wish I had a camera to take pictures. Man I love my Jeep.
