Unrequited Love - No Jeep Wave Back

I have an '85 CJ7 and it is not my daily driver. So when I do take her into work, I really enjoy it becuase it is not something I get to do as often as I'd like. So I'm driving her today...topless...of course....and had so many other Jeep drivers NOT return the wave.

I know I'm not a spring chicken (I'm 44), or a drop-dead georgeous model or anything worth looking at, really. But my Jeep is, and she deserves some respect! So is it just that I'm a Jeep lunatic that I think people should respond or did I just have an "off" day and drove past a bunch of soccer moms and pricks?

I don't really care what people think of me, but my Jeep kind of gets in yer face in a bad-azz kind of way. How can OTHER Jeep drivers just ignore her?

So to all you idiots who didn't wave back at me today,

For those of you who did,

I always wave at other Jeeps and lately I have not been getting waved back at. It sort of offends me. My Jeep is gorgeous. Even if she has a few battle scars. (Dented bumper but only about 3in wide and a few windsheild cracks)

Always give my fellow CJ'ers a wave....it's always those "other" guys you have to look out for. Every time I see a CJ.....we both wave. Every time I see "another" "Jeep" I find myself as the only one who waves.

To cheer you up...here is a wave from a fellow CJ'er in CO

I know if I drive my other 2 cars for a while, when I get back in my jeep I tend to forget for the first few waves.
