snapping u joint bolts

I just put a 7" shackle 2" block lift in the rear and 4 and a half inch coils in the front drove it for a day with no problems. I was climbing this little sandy hill and sheered off a u joint bolt. I replaced the drive line each u joint and fasteners. I drove about a mile on the road came to a stop and got on it a little bit to get on the road to head home and sheared another bolt off... Any comments and info will help.... It's an 87 XJ 4.0 L HO. It has the Dana 44 rear end thanks for tour help fellow jeepers!
