Saving "Jennie", my friends 99 TJ

Jennie has been barely driven and sitting on the side of the road in Cambridge MA for the past 2+ years. I've been hounding him to sell it to me instead of letting it sit and rot away. 10 days ago he called me in SC and said "Come get her...". The price? $2500.00!
My friend purchased this chili-pepper red 1999 TJ Sport brand new and it was my inspiration to buy/build my 97 and 00 TJ's.
While it has new:30" tires, soft top and slider uppers it needs: a clutch, the brake master cylinder, all brake hard lines, power steering reservoir, complete cooling system replacement(radiator/thermostat/pump...they are due but haven't failed), front/rear dif and valve gaskets, rust repair on the left front fender and passenger floor. Tbd are the gas line and rear main seal. The front bumper is damaged and I'll repaint the mirrors, bumper ends and fender flares for cosmetics.
I'll add a pic when I figure out how to.

Here is Jenny after I painted the exterior plastic, mirrors and bumpers with a plastic specific paint. The camera "ate" the before pic...just the typical sun worn ext. The mirrors and mounts came out awesome. I used a grinder with a braided steel wire disc which worked equally well on the interior passenger floor and front sway bar.

I didn't drive her because the brake lines were rotted, the fuel rail/steering gearbox were leaking and the trans wasn't shifting properly...

Here's the fruit on Sundays labor: Pulled the Master Cylinder Power Brake Booster and brake lines; removed the fuel rail and pulled the power steering gear box.

Scored a nice used booster off Ebay for $33 delivered and new pre bent brakes lines for $171 delivered. Also ordered the shifter boot bezel for $8 delivered.

The goal is to bring her back to "kinda" stock for now and enjoy the ride. I have added some Unlimited stock front springs that brought the ride height almost perfectly even with the rear...I like the result!
