I just park and leave it in Neutral! Rear brakes stick anyways and in West Texas there are no hills for it to roll away on!!

As per the jeep manual, it is recommended that one leaves their jeep in first gear when parked. What would happen if one were to leave their jeep in reverse gear when parked?

The forces would be attempting to rotate the opposite way, this is the recommended parking technique for those in Australia.
