jeep wave - Page 10

not many people wave around here and it sucks...if i see anything modded to offroad i wave or nod to them...the best was the other day thought at night i was in my tj and you can see mine has work and another wrangler was passing on other side of high way no way and right behind him another wrangler....since its night our lights are on and he flashes me twice with lights so i flashed him...it was quite a warming jesture in my eyes...i liked it better than a wave lol....then next wrangler after him no wave or nothing..its a shame i wave all the time and even to the little ones...that i know dont wheel but i still show love for jeeps....

Ah Sayreville. I was born in New Brunswick and lived in Sayreville for 5 years. I remember my neighborhood had 3 bars in it, lol.

But yeah, I was up visiting some family around there and once I hit I-195, the waves stopped. Usually puzzled looks were thrown back at me.

In my area only the Wrangler owners wave and even with that only half of them do.

I drive a Yj, and it seems to me that other yj's will wave back frantically, while TJ owners are too stuck up to bother. There is one guy tho - a neighbor down the street with a tj - that sits out on his patio all day every day. He waves every time from his patio chair.

Yea i've just about given up waving to CJs TJs in the ABQ area. In the few months i've had my XJ i've seen one return wave.

ME in a flat black '92 6 inch lift 2-door
HIM in a flat black '90 sumthin 8 inch lift 2-door

I was in my CJ last night and I got a wave from an older guy in a stock Jk, i was so surprised I almost didnt wave back.

This thread is not even 1 1/2 years old. It's still new in comparison to my '79 CJ7. I pretty much wave at everybody but only about 50% wave back. I could care less. Soccer moms never wave. I think they think you're stalking them. Lifted rigs almost always wave.................
