Idaho Jeep is good peeps to wheel with.

Seriously this forum is the only reason I was able to meet up with some folks to ride. I made a last minute trip and this forum served a very good purpose.

I got lucky enough with like 3 days notice or something.

If you start ahead of time you will meet plenty of people to wheel with.

^ I would say there is a 90% chance I will head back to Moab next Spring. It will depend on when my kids have Spring Break but usually it is the last week of March which is right before EJS. Would be nice to have a group from JF!

Well post up as soon as you lock down the dates, I enjoyed wheeling with you that 1 day, and am sorry I wasn't able to stick around for the other days. I will try hard to plan a trip that coincides with yours. Please post it in this thread with a pointer to a new thread, so I don't miss it.

I dropped my gears to 4.88s and added a rear ARB locker, so I should be able to do more of the trails this time.

Thanks
Kurt

^ Will do Kurt!
I had a great time wheeling with the small group of guys I met from this forum - so maybe we can put together a larger group next year. I would love to see 10-15 JF rigs running together.

4.88s and a locker? you did really well before so now you are gonna be wanting to do Pritchet or Helldorado I suppose?

I've found it much more pleasurable to keep the groups down to 5 or so vehicles, just keeps things moving a bit better and you can better get to know and watch the other vehicles/folks. Just something to think about, if you did get a bunch of JF folks down there maybe split up onto different trails.

you should get 1" wheel spacers, then your jeep would be done, besides a d-44 in the front lol, its easy to spend other pplz money

^The majority of the Jeeps are owned but you will see several rental Wranglers on the trials. There are 3 or 4 places to rent Jeeps in Moab. As far as cost goes maybe GMC7000 can speak to that as he rented a Rubicon for a few days.
