Ahhh...the one in Pueblo - I did see that, but didn't think much of it since I grew up in Arvada.

Well, what happened? We want some details. Thats creepy as anything if guards come out of nowhere when you get on the grounds. Especially if it was that easy to get in again. Who stopped you? Did they say why the place is off limits? And the Radioactivity/Nuclear *fallout shelter* sign.........nuts.

Pretty sure that's a fallout shelter sign. A lot of the older buildings here in CO have them.

Yeah I think it's a fallout shelter sign too. My high school had one. Why would there be guards at an old abandoned place? Were they security guards or real cops?

well i scoped out the place and saw nothing. no cars no people no activity no motion sensors or anything of that nature so i went back in. i started taking pictures (i was dirrectly in front of the building which was probably stupid to begin with ) then a black gmc pulled up no plates and two guys got out. they had nice suits and ear peices for comunication. no badges or anything. they didnt say who they were and i didnt ask. i was kinda shocked that they showed up so fast and out of nowhere again. they walked up and told me that i was trespassing and that i wasnt allowed to take picture in this area. i tried to play it off like i didnt know any better but im sure they knew i was lieing. then they said that they would have to confiscate my camera and my backpack (which is my camera gear) i told them hell no i payed $$$$ for it and theres no way im giving it up. they took my bag and searched it then asked for the film in the camera. i told them it was digital and they asked for the memory card. i asked if i could just delete the pictures while they watch but they refused the offer and so i had to give up my memory card. they gave me back my bag and i zipped it all up but pulled out my other memory card and slipped it in my camera. they said they would escort me off the premises at this point. i walked out the way i came in while they drove in the gmc behind me. once i was out they turned around and i took one last picture and took off.

sorry for any spelling errors as im sure there are many but right now i dont really care

i just think its so weird that the place is easy to get into and yet there is some really strict security. maybe theyll have some new fences or ditches or something up in the next few days. maybe the building is some kind of lab or military something or other and the boarded up windows and what not is just to cover it up. the building seems to be quite well taken care of for being "obandend" and the boards that are up are pretty nice. ill just be happy to transfer out of here so i dont have the feeling im being monitered.

I was gonna say, from that one pic you got, the building looks Very well taken care of.

That is insane. Theres gotta be some security place or something around there where the GMC's come from.

Can you find the site on google earth or maps or something to see what other buildings are around?

You're kidding, right?

There's nothing showing up there?

Then it has to be pretty top secret.
