we found a dead tree with a large rock that the tree had grown around. The rock was probably about 2-3' x 2-3'

The grave of Mary Jane Francis on Poison Spider in Moab - when you come across this spot, you must leave a trinket for Mary Jane in order to make it off without carnage. Good juju

Legend has it that Mary Jane was bitten by a poison spider at this spot, thus the name of the trail. MJ died in 1896, and nobody has been brave enough to find out if she's actually buried there.

I was a passenger at the time, but the memories are still vivid. But, in MO as a kid, we came across a place that was a long abandoned sanitarium. Creepy! And the stuff that horror movies are made of out.

Recently though, we took a run to an old abandoned resort that was active in the 30s. Nothing left but stone work, but it was kind of spooky.

me and my friends were scouting trails and we came across a small clearing in a group of trees with an old couch. We got out to check it out and found a very small bag of heroin and a bunch of burned spoons.

we left in a heartbeat.

Found this rolled GMC on the side of a gravel road in George Washington National Forest last sunday, it wasn't there saturday when we drove past the area. Nobody was around to tell the story.
