ha thats funny. i guess im lucky then.

weird cuz williamson county is in the 20 richest counties.

hahaha i wish everythin was a low price. you wouldnt believe the prices of houses in this area. its a sin how much we pay for it.

banks had it since 07.

auctioned it for $102k then bank took it again and has had it since.

hell $102k would be an absolute STEAL.

If the house were in williamson it wouldnt go for any less than $800k with the land, huge house, and in ground pool.
But its in maury and the value goes drastically down.

I just talked to my neighbor whose wife is involved in real estate and she said a million is more like it, if it was in williamson.

Very good sir! I'm probably about 40 minutes from the park itself. My MIL lives about 5 from where she's at off of Cooper Rd. We should get together sometime and get the ol' Jeeps a going. I'll wave if I see ya around up here.
