That is quite a price. Some people list places at way more than it is worth. We see it every so often here.

you're lucky you can just drive up to places out there without being worried for your safety. down where i am i'm liable to get shot or have the cops called or chased off/yelled at or whatever haha. it can be entertaining sometimes but occasionally my friends and i push it a little too far and it can get bad. people are grouchy in my area. keep the pictures coming!

$599k? For 10 acres and a big house? I think that is a pretty good price! Do you know the sq. ft.?

It is totally an area thing. People get all surprised when you let them turn onto a roadway here in NY. If you grab a cart for someone, or help them pick something up for them, they are usually flabbergasted and don't know what to do.

I'm one of the few people I know that still respect it. I want to take a road trip this summer to a few places where that would be more apparent, but I don't think that will happen. I have two weddings to go to, and I am transferring colleges.

I am amazed at the prices, and number of abandoned homes available. I sell houses for a living, and we don't have much of a local real estate market that is interesting like that!
