The ZJ spring questions.....
Alright so I've done the search and I've come up with this.... You guys help me out here...
1 - ZJ coils in the front for some 3" of additional lift (taking 2" REBB out of front) 2 - Keeping 2" BB in the back... 3 - Longer shocks are already available to me.. What will I **NEED** to complete this install? The track-bar will need to be adjusted I'm sure.. What else do I need to look for... I will also be purchasing some quik-disco's so that is covered as well... Anyone who has made this swap or has some insight, please do drop me some much needed info before I get started.... I'm looking to have it finished up before the texas swister in May... Thanks DH

If you already have the BB installed and the longer shocks from the BB you will not
"NEED" anything but the ZJ coils. The ZJ coils will only net you about 1.75 to 2 inches of lift in the front. make sure you have the V8 springs and not the I6 ones. If you already have the Budget Boost spring spacer lift in your TJ you will not gain much with this swap your doing. Except for not having the spacer on top of the front springs. Do you still have the stock rubber spring isolator to go on top of the ZJ springs?

What about leaving the 2" BB and putting ZJ springs in.... That would work out... Would it not???

One thing you can do is..
1. Install the ZJ springs with the BB spacer on the front for a little over three inches up front. 2. take the stock rubber isolator off of the front springs and put them between the BB spacer and the stock rear springs in the back and that will net you about three inches in the rear. This will "level" the TJ and take out the "rake".
