ZJ disc brake swap with S35 axles?

My Superior axles are drilled for two different lug patterns so they are larger than the stockers. I'm wondering if the disc brake rotors from a ZJ will still fit over these axles if I swap all the disc brake stuff over from a ZJ D35?
