Buahahaha....
and on that note.
" ...when your son sees a stock Rubicon and says "Daddy, why they have a little Jeep?"
also, when that same son (3 1/2 years old) makes you avoid miatas at stoplights while the top is off, because he makes midlife crisis dudes feel bad. "What's wrong, why that MAN got a little car?"
...and finally (fr/ the wife) when he says "girls can't drive Jeeps, only Mommy can drive Dita (von Jeep)!"

...when your son will sleep under a safari top, in the fall, at night, with a beanie on and a Blues Clues blanket tucked under his car seat (M/T hummin FTW!)

....when you take your brother for a short drive through the woods and he says "your not gonna drive up that??!"
....when the head mechanic at the dealership where you purchased your brand new jeep keeps telling you "they all make that noise" And after a while you believe him!

When your the popo who lives in the middle of the desert and your probable cause to pull a muddy jeep over is to find out where the water hole is for when you get off.

Once in a while I will take this out of the garage, it's definitly a culture shock after weeks in a TJ. Cops pull me over too, but it's usually to look at it.
You know you drive a TJ when you choose it, over that.

when you read 17 pages of this to see how many apply to you..... and they all do.
when you cant get out of the parking lot at school so you just go through the ditch while everyone just looks at you like your nuts.
when you get pulled over for even going near that trail thats been calling you that says "no trespassing"
oh and x2 on that " you know you drive a tj when.... you cringe at the thought of ifs"

Man how did you pull that off? I left my temp tag on the rear window and forgot to move it onto the plate when I removed it and put the top down. Got pulled over almost immediately after leaving home without it, but man, the cop was really cool when I told him I just bought it - gave me congrats on the purchase and waved me off. Are all cops Jeepers or somethin?
Most of my friends and family can't understand why I'm constantly taking apart stuff on a practically new Jeep. Sorry guys, but "if it ain't broken don't fix it" just doesn't apply to Jeeps at all.

Agreed. The ditch at my schools parking lot, I almost stand it on my front bumper every time, and even tapped my hitch coming out. I did it once to skip the line, as I was pointed down at a 45 degree angle, a man in a mini-van was turning onto that street, he stopped and waved me on out with a huge smile on his face. . I'm pretty sure he had a Jeep parked at home.
