thats sick. very nice work. i sure wish I had that kinda money...thats about what i'd build...only in patriot blue & black. I really want that double shear front track bar .

question tho-if you retubing the axle to 3/8", why reuse the Rubi housing? why not pick up an F250 HP D44 housing and build that? Or a JK 44?

2.5" lift springs.... not enough room for an HP 44 it almost went that direction untill I spent a bunch of time checking things out with a HP44 housing I have, somewhat due to the nth skids but theres just not enough room to keep 6" uptravel on the low lift.

Range of motion.... JKS and Currie use the JJ on it's side, (they bolt on with ease) which runs out of flex and binds up when you start messing around with over 10" travel shocks,

I custom build that track bar to clear a ARB diff cover also, which is unheard of with 2.5" lift springs and the equivilant of 1" over stock bumpstop extension,

I know some of you may have noticed I used RE 3" bumpstop extensions.... Deal there is, the axle pads I used are a whole TWO inches lower than stock pads. The 2.5" lift springs actually only gave me about an inch of lift over stock axle brackets and stock springs. The springs are 140's for ride quality so a stiff 4" spring or progressive rate was not an option for a guy with a busted back. I used BB spacers to put the ride height and uptravel to about 5.5+ with the above mentioned bumpstop extension/spring pads.

Here's hovering over a 40"x48" pallet tonight.....

They are Gen-Right... I trimmed about 2" off of them to match the cut out fender wells. We had a set of Rokmen's but he decided they were to heavy:confused:... LOL

so they are steel & not aluminum?

I've got a set of 1/8" steel Poison Spyder Customs I got super cheap when they closed in CO...been wondering what to do with them...

Did you seal them off, weld them on, or what?

With 6" of uptravel what do the upper shock mounts look like?
