My understanding is that Craigar makes some nice black wheels.

I think that the yellow/black scheme looks good

It looks even better if you paint the headlight bezels black too

Glad you posted this question, I was wondering the same thing. I just bought my yellow TJ and was thinking of doing the black wheels. I am a little concerned of the "bumblebee" look coming out.

By the way, here is a link to Quadratec's website. They sell several different wheel styles in black. I've noticed a good portion of the folks on here that have black use the steel wheels by Cragar. They seem to be the cheapest and still good quality.

I happen to be a little biased when it comes to the bumble bee look. My wheels are the 4WP Rock Crawler Series 51.

Actually I think that looks pretty good, even with the greyish/black color on the wheels. Kinda matches those graphite flares. If you are really want that look, I would just paint the wheels. There was a recent thread where someone painted some alloys with good success. I think he wrote an article on how to do it. Do a search for it.

In regards to the lease, I think you'll be fine. As long as the paint is good & fresh when you take it I don't ever think they will be the wiser. Car salesman are not the brightest group, especially when you are looking at a 3 year old vehicle (at least), and especially something like a Columbia edition which most probably haven't heard of or even seen. I would suggest leaving that chrome ring on the outer lip if you paint them. I think it adds a nice touch.

Stick a GA Tech Yellow Jackets decal on it, and you're good to go...

my buddy works at a jeep dealer so ill see how much it would cost to get those rims and ill just swap my tires onto those rims if they arent to expensive. still not sure if painting stock rims on a lease is smart.
